Can we visit the room before booking?
Yes — a visit before your first booking is encouraged. It is arranged by appointment.
Is it easy to park and get there?
The Mignet and Carnot car parks are a five-minute walk away. The TGV station is 15 minutes by car, Marseille-Provence airport 30 minutes.
Can a booking be cancelled?
Cancelling is refunded at 50% up to 48 hours before; after that, it is not refunded.
How do we get into the room?
Access details are e-mailed to you the day before your booking.
Can we have food delivered?
Yes — packed lunches and caterers are welcome. Water and coffee are included.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes — an invoice with VAT is e-mailed to you after payment.
